We use Vimeo OTT as our platform for hosting the videos, however they currently do not support all Smart TVs & Browsers.

You can connect your Laptop to your TV by using the HDMI OUT from the Laptop to the TV, and watching it this way.
If you are still unable to watch through this method, but still require the TV Experience, most shows do have a DVD option available, please contact us for more information. The price is £12.50, but if you have already purchased a Virtual Copy, we can exchange this for a DVD version for an additional £2.50 (the ability to watch online will be removed).
